CMBMINT (full name: CMBI USD Money Market Fund Token) is a Depository Token issued by DigiFT Tech (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“DigiFT”). Each CMBMINT represents a fractional beneficial interest in the Class R (Accumulation) Shares of CMBI USD Money Market Fund (a sub-fund of CMB International Open-Ended Fund Company), held by DigiFT on bare trust for the sole benefit of the token holders. CMBMINT is fully backed by the underlying Class R (Accumulation) Shares of the CMBI USD Money Market Fund. The Sub-Fund’s objective is to invest in short-term deposits and high-quality money market instruments, seeking to achieve a return in US Dollars in line with prevailing money market rates, while maintaining high liquidity and capital stability. This CMBMINT token enables investors to gain blockchain-based exposure to the underlying fund shares through the licensed virtual asset trading platform.
