GOLDX is a depository receipt token issued by DigiFT Tech (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Each token provides eligible investors with tokenized, on-chain exposure to the LionGlobal Singapore Physical Gold Fund Class A USD (Acc). The underlying fund is a Singapore-authorised physical gold fund managed by Lion Global Investors Limited and seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the LBMA Gold Price AM. The fund holds allocated and unallocated gold, with allocated gold vaulted in Singapore and insured while in custody and transit.
