The fund is a sub-fund of the Delta Master Trust, an umbrella unit trust established under Singapore law and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The investment objective of the Fund is to preserve capital and maintain liquidity, while providing long-term total return in excess of the ICE BofA 3 Month Treasury Bill Index. The Fund is managed on a total return basis, and not with an objective of achieving or avoiding any particular tax consequences. The Fund pursues its investment objective primarily by investing in securities issued by the Government of the United States.
