About HYBOND
According to information provided by the issuer, HYBOND is a security token issued by OpenEden Digital Limited (“OED”). The product is issued through a segregated account regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). HYBOND is 1:1 backed by its underlying asset, the BNY Mellon Global Short-Dated High Yield Bond Fund, which is custodied by BNY Mellon, and it has been awarded a 5star rating by Morningstar. The underlying fund is managed by Insight Investment and primarily invests in global high-yield bonds (typically maturing within three years) with the goal of delivering returns that exceed the SOFR cash benchmark.
