Announcement for system maintenance – 2025-05-07

EX.IO will support the upcoming Ethereum (ETH) Pectra network upgrade. The specific arrangements are as follows: Ethereum will undergo a network upgrade at epoch 364,032, or approximately 2025-05-07 10:05 (UTC).

Effective from 2025-05-07 09:35 (UTC), EX.IO will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals on the Ethereum (ETH) network, including all ERC-20 tokens (e.g. USDT). This is to facilitate the Ethereum network upgrade and hard fork for optimal user experience.

Please note:

• The trading of asset(s) on the aforementioned network will not be impacted.
• EX.IO will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.
• Deposits and withdrawals for asset(s) on the aforementioned network will be resumed once the upgraded network is deemed to be stable. No further announcement will be posted.
