About GoldX
GoldX is a security token issued by DigiFT Tech (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., which is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). According to information provided by the issuer, each token is 1:1 backed by its underlying asset, the LionGlobal Singapore Physical Gold Fund Class A USD. The underlying asset is managed by Lion Global Investors Limited (a member of the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) Group). The fund aims to track the performance of the LBMA Gold Price AM as closely as possible by investing in physical gold bars vaulted in Singapore that meet the LBMA Good Delivery standards. This provides investors with an efficient and regulated on-chain investment route for physical gold.
